The world first double articulated low floor trolleybus "lighTram3" arrived on the 12th of December 2005 in Geneva.

TPG, the local public transport operator has ordered 10 of these 25 m long vehicles. In the meantime, the vehicle passed all homologations from Swiss Transport Authorities. The lighTram3 is offering 66 comfortable seats and over 21m2 standing area. The specification is the same as for the 38 *Swisstrolley3* (18 m long articulated trolleybusses).
